At a glance
The LeoVegas help centre describes a selection of slots, blackjack, roulette, card games and live dealer games. Game availability can vary by location and over time.
This review is for adults considering the Great Britain service. It brings together the licence record and published account information checked on 29 September 2026. Northern Ireland and other markets can have different regulatory arrangements; an English-language page alone does not establish which service you are using.
Who operates the service?
The Gambling Commission register identifies LeoVegas Gaming PLC under account number 39198. Its remote casino, bingo, real-event betting and virtual-event betting activities were active when checked. A register search for leovegas.co.uk returns that business. The GB help centre and current terms also name LeoVegas Gaming PLC.
Check the actual domain in your address bar against the register before sharing information. A familiar logo, similar spelling or search advert is not a substitute for that check. The licence record identifies the business and permitted activities; it does not guarantee that a particular game, offer or payment method is available to your account.
Regulatory history to read alongside the licence
On 3 August 2022, the Commission announced a £1.32 million penalty for LeoVegas over social responsibility and anti-money-laundering failures. It also announced a warning and an audit. The findings included weaknesses in customer-interaction triggers and financial checks.
That is a dated enforcement finding, not a claim that the licence is currently suspended. We have linked the original announcement and the current register separately so you can distinguish historical action from today's licence status. Neither is a personal service test by Pickybet.
What to check
Review the current operator terms and confirm the licence and website domain against the Gambling Commission register before joining. Check the withdrawal rules and any payment-method restrictions.
The GB terms we read were version 6.2, dated 24 September 2026. They require personal account use and restrict duplicate accounts to one account per brand. They also describe verification before gambling and ongoing checks. If you already have an account or cannot remember its details, ask support about recovery rather than creating another one.
Use our account verification guide to organise questions about documents. Ask what is outstanding and use the operator's verified upload channel. Do not post identity documents in a public review or send them to someone claiming they can accelerate a withdrawal.
Payments: ownership and available methods
LeoVegas's GB payment help lists cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and bank transfer in separate deposit and withdrawal tables. Treat that as published method information, not confirmation of availability in every account. The tables distinguish payment directions and limits, so read the withdrawal entry as well as the deposit entry.
Its ownership help says the payment method must belong to you and be registered in your name. It permits joint accounts where you are a named owner, and excludes company accounts. A relative's permission to use their card does not make it your payment method. Ask support about a changed name or replaced card before attempting a payment.
Our payment-method checklist explains how to compare the complete route before a deposit, including destination, currency and costs. An available payment option is not a reason to increase what you intended to spend.
Withdrawals: clarify a small-balance fee discrepancy
LeoVegas's withdrawal help gives a typical arrival estimate of one to three business days after approval, with method and verification qualifications. That is the operator's description, not a measured Pickybet payout time. It does not establish how long every request will take from the moment it is submitted.
There is a point to clarify before relying on a fee claim. The help article says LeoVegas does not charge withdrawal fees, while warning about bank or provider charges. However, clause 9.10.5 of the current GB terms allows a reasonable processing fee for withdrawals below £10 requested through support; it says a balance no greater than that fee may leave nothing withdrawable.
Ask support which rule applies to your balance and what the exact charge would be. Save the answer and the dated terms. Do not deposit or gamble more merely to reach a withdrawal minimum. For an existing delayed request, see our withdrawal checks guide, which separates operator approval from money arriving at its destination.
Bonus information
There is no specific welcome promotion advertised here. Any offer on the operator's site has its own eligibility, qualifying-payment and time-limit conditions.
Read the offer before opting in, including whether your intended payment method qualifies. Our offer-terms guide provides a checklist. A reward headline does not show whether participation fits the amount you had already decided you could afford to lose. Declining a promotion remains an option.
Support and unresolved complaints
The GB complaints article starts with customer service, then describes a written complaint and specialist review if the matter remains unresolved. It names IBAS as its alternative dispute resolution provider, available after a final position or an unresolved eight-week complaint period. Use the current official complaints page for contact details and eligibility.
Keep transaction references, dates, the relevant terms and the outcome you are asking for. Our complaints process guide includes a practical record and explains escalation. A complaint process is not a guarantee of repayment or a substitute for checking an individual decision.
Our research
This is a desk-based overview of the operator's published game information. We have not carried out deposit, withdrawal or support tests and make no claims about payout speed.
We expanded the review using the official sources below. We have not tested games, assessed support quality or assigned a score. The payment discrepancy remains a question for the operator, not a resolved finding. For practical limits, breaks and support, see our account controls guide and safer-gambling page. Gambling can result in losses and should never be treated as income.
Does an active licence make gambling risk-free?
No. A licence check is one part of identifying a regulated business. It does not remove the possibility of losing money, resolve a payment disagreement or establish that gambling is suitable for you.
Has Pickybet verified a welcome offer?
No specific offer is promoted on this page. We have not supplied a bonus amount, affiliate deal or personal recommendation. Check the current offer's own terms if you choose to read one.
