At a glance
PlayOJO offers casino and live dealer games, with bingo also described on its official site. Its credentials page identifies Skill On Net as the business behind its Great Britain licensing. The Gambling Commission register is the stronger source for checking the current licence and exact website address.
This review is for adults aged 18 and over. The licensing checks below concern Great Britain, meaning England, Scotland and Wales. They do not establish eligibility in Northern Ireland or another country. Gambling carries a risk of losing money; a licence or a promotional reward does not remove that risk.
Who operates PlayOJO in Great Britain?
On 28 September 2026, the Gambling Commission register listed Skill On Net Limited under account number 39326. Its remote casino, bingo and gambling software activities were Active. The associated domain record listed both www.playojo.com and www.playojo.co.uk as Active.
To repeat that check, use the licence-summary and domain-record sources below together. Match the address in your browser with the domain record, then read the terms shown for your location. A similar brand name on another domain is not enough to establish that it is the same licensed service. Our site-selection guide explains the wider checks.
What the regulatory history adds
The Commission announced a £305,150 regulatory settlement with Skill On Net Limited on 23 May 2023 following social responsibility and anti-money laundering failures. That is an operator-level historical finding, not a finding about a particular player's account or a statement that the current licence is suspended.
We include it alongside the current register so that the review is not based only on the operator's marketing. The active status checked above and the historical settlement answer different questions; neither predicts an individual experience or guarantees a withdrawal.
Games and the information to read
PlayOJO's published information describes slots, table games, live casino and bingo. Availability can differ by location and account, so a catalogue image or headline game count should not be treated as a promise that a particular title is available to you.
Before deciding to play, open that game's rules and help panel. Check the permitted stake, the meaning of any special features and the conditions for jackpot eligibility. A live dealer format does not remove the house advantage. We have not independently tested individual games or verified the operator's auditing claims, and do not award a game-quality score.
Read before joining
Check the current terms for your location, verification requirements, supported payment methods and withdrawal conditions. Eligibility may differ between Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Read the main account terms together with any payment rules and the separate Rewards and Game Play Policy. During this review, the public terms and reward-policy pages did not expose their complete operative text to our research tools. Some other operator links returned a different region. We therefore cannot confirm a current GB withdrawal maximum, every account restriction or the complete reward exclusions from those pages.
That gap matters if you are making a decision based on a particular condition. Read the applicable version yourself and ask support to clarify anything missing before registering or depositing. Keep the response and the dated terms available.
Verification and withdrawals
PlayOJO's GB-labelled help page says it attempts age and identity checks automatically and may request documents when it cannot complete them. It identifies an Upload Documents area within My Account. Use the operator's secure account process for any requested documents; our verification guide explains the questions to ask about a request.
The same help page says it normally aims to return funds to the payment method used for depositing, with exceptions where that method cannot receive a withdrawal. Check the receiving method and current cashier conditions before relying on a payment route. We have not tested deposits or withdrawals.
Separate the operator's review of a request from the payment provider crediting the funds. A marketing statement about fast processing does not establish when your own money will arrive. If a request is pending, record its reference, the stage shown in the account and any outstanding information request. Our withdrawal checklist covers that process.
Promotions
We are not advertising a specific promotion here. For any offer you consider, read the actual conditions before depositing, including qualifying payments, game restrictions and time limits.
PlayOJO describes its rewards as having no wagering requirements. That describes the absence of a play-through target; it should not be read as proof that eligibility, expiry, game restrictions or account checks disappear. The full reward policy still matters. Our offer-terms guide sets out what to record before opting in, while the wagering guide explains that particular condition.
We do not list a welcome-offer amount, a personal eligibility decision or an affiliate deal. A reward is not income and should not be a reason to increase your gambling budget.
Controls, support and complaints
PlayOJO's About page lists deposit limits, reality checks, time alerts and self-assessment among its tools. Check the controls actually available in your account before playing. Our account-controls guide explains the differences between setting a limit, taking a break and self-excluding.
For a problem with an account, save the relevant transaction reference and support response. If it becomes a dispute, locate the operator's current complaints procedure and named dispute-resolution provider rather than assuming one from another brand. Our complaints guide explains how to organise the evidence. If gambling is affecting your wellbeing or finances, use our safer-gambling page to find support.
Our research
This page is a desk-based summary of published operator information and Gambling Commission records, checked on 28 September 2026. We have not tested deposits, withdrawals or customer support. Current register findings, operator claims and the limits of our terms review are distinguished above; this is not a personal recommendation or a scored player review.
