At a glance

Bet365 offers sports betting and casino products. Its UK terms identify separate entities for sports and gaming. Check the terms for the product you intend to use.

This overview is for adults aged 18 and over. We checked the GB help pages and Gambling Commission register on 27 September 2026. The regulatory details below concern Great Britain; do not assume the same account terms or complaint routes apply in Northern Ireland or overseas.

What this review covers

This is a desk-based overview of the operator’s published information. Pickybet has not conducted a deposit, withdrawal or customer-support test. The listing does not establish payout speed or guarantee availability.

Our assessment is limited to what the documents let a reader verify: who operates the product, which rules to read and how to raise a problem. We have not scored the app, compared live odds across bookmakers or measured customer outcomes. See how we review for the method and our advertising disclosure for how listings are funded.

Who operates the GB products?

The terms identify Hillside (UK Sports) ENC for Sportsbook and Fantasy Sports, and Hillside (UK Gaming) ENC for Casino, Live Casino and Poker. Their Commission account numbers are 55148 and 55149 respectively.

On our check date, the Commission's register listed active remote real-event betting, virtual-event betting and pool-betting activities for account 55148, and an active remote casino activity for 55149. Both domain records listed bet365.com as active. The source links below let you check the exact records again. A licence record identifies a regulated business and its activities; it does not guarantee that gambling is safe for you or that an individual dispute will be decided in your favour.

Regulatory history belongs alongside the licence

An active licence does not mean that there have never been regulatory failings. On 4 April 2024, the Commission announced a £582,120 regulatory settlement covering the two entities following anti-money-laundering and social-responsibility failings found in a March 2022 assessment. The amounts were £343,035 for UK Gaming and £239,085 for UK Sports, directed to socially responsible causes.

That is a dated regulatory finding, not evidence of a new incident in September 2026 or a review of your account. Read the Commission's announcement alongside the current register rather than treating either as a customer satisfaction score.

Before you open an account

Read the account, verification and withdrawal sections of the current UK terms. Check location eligibility and the rules for your chosen market.

The terms page we read was effective from 25 August 2026. It limits customers to one account and describes verification at registration and further checks where required afterwards. Do not open a second account to get around a restriction or a verification request. Use the official account support route if details need correcting.

Our account verification guide explains how to identify the purpose of a document request. Keep personal documents within the operator's designated secure process; a review site does not need copies of your ID.

Sportsbook rules: the bet type matters

Bet365's GB settlement help distinguishes a cash single from an accumulator. A void single returns the stake; a multiple with a void selection continues on the remaining selections, and a losing selection makes it lose. A single event change therefore need not cancel every bet that includes that event.

The separate Bet Builder help describes combined selections on the same fixture, with prices reflecting how the markets affect each other. Its void rules include recalculation for eligible pre-match player markets on selected sports, while other cases can void the whole Bet Builder. Do not assume that multiplying ordinary single prices or removing one leg explains every product.

Read the relevant sport and market rules before placing a bet. Our void bets guide explains what to record if the settlement looks wrong, and the odds guide separates a total return from profit.

Withdrawals: an operator target is not a measured payout

At the time checked, bet365's GB withdrawal help stated an aim to process requests within four hours, with some taking up to 24 hours. It separately says the payment provider has its own processing time. Those are published estimates from the operator, not timings observed by Pickybet or a guaranteed time for money to reach a bank account.

Before relying on a quoted period, check the method available to your account, any outstanding requests and whether the payment is awaiting operator processing or has been passed onward. Use our withdrawal checks guide to organise the status, reference and next question. Do not use an overseas help page's timing as the GB promise.

Welcome offers

No specific welcome offer is currently advertised here. Check the operator’s live terms for eligibility, qualifying stakes, deadlines and withdrawal restrictions before accepting any promotion.

An offer is optional. Read our wagering requirements guide if a headline amount obscures what must happen before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Do not spend more just to complete a promotion.

Complaints and account controls

The GB complaints procedure directs customers to the operator's contact route and allows escalation to Customer Service Management. It identifies IBAS for an unresolved dispute after its final response or eight weeks, and says a complaint reference will be provided. Its initial 48-hour response aim is not a promise that the whole dispute will be resolved within that period. The procedure also says complaints cannot be resolved through social media.

Keep the reference and written responses. Our complaints process guide explains evidence, escalation and the limits of an ADR service. We have not tested the speed or quality of bet365 support.

The terms list deposit limits, reality checks, time-out and self-exclusion among the available controls. Our account controls guide explains the different purposes of these tools. If gambling is causing harm or pressure, use the support contacts; you do not have to keep gambling while an account issue is reviewed.

Is bet365 the right site for every reader?

No single brand or licence answers that question. Compare the exact product rules, your location eligibility and the account controls before deciding whether to use any operator. Choosing not to gamble is always an option. This overview provides checks, not a recommendation to deposit or a prediction of returns.
